using more than on advertiser's links/products on your site?

I signed up with CJ today and am thinking I'll probably start off with marketing gourmet items via the site I'm building. My question is (and I haven't been able to find the answer on CJ's site), can I use MULTIPLE CJ advertisers' links on my ONE gourmet-oriented site?

Do I have to stick with ONE advertiser's stuff and if that doesn't pan out well, then switch my entire site's product links to another vendor's? Or no?

You can do whatever you like really. They don't have too many rules.
