Anyone have any experience / success with using Meetup.com to generate interest or attendance to a business presentation??
I've been an organizer on meetup.com a while ago and then I simply gave up... It takes a lot of time+money for getting people to join the group. You can join any group as a member and it actually will be the best way if you want to promote yourself rather than organizing a new group. Besides, you are always free to attend a meetup or not. I would definitely recommend to join this network to anyone who is doing business locally, but for the folks that are doing business online it may not work.
