    Hello,

I want to discuss this subject with SEO experts here. Using strategical long domain names (including the most important keywords on the domain name) for SEO can be harmful or can be advantegous for us? Is this a binding factor for Google position?

Suppose that we have a 25-30 characters domain name.

I just wonder this subject and want to discuss it here.

    Thanks.

The fewer words you want to emphasize the more each receives in SEO value. For example:
    swimming-tactics-coaching-power-swimming-new-york.com
gives an SEO value to the entire string and divides it across all of the words. If your domain is:
    swimming-coach.com
then you get the same SEO value spread across 2 words thus emphasizing each more than in the first example.
