I don't know whether live chat software is effective to use for fanpage. Should use livechat software or only use messenger? Please share your opinion
Why you need to use the live chat while Facebook fanpage for your default (messenger), your purposer to use your live chat in this case ?
I am wondering between the two options. The number of interactions through facebook too large, I have a fanpage administrators, they can not simultaneously content management and customer feedback, while I have 5 staff to customer care, now they are still implementation of activities supported through the website. I should only put support on the website or integrate additional support for facebook
Your fanpage seems have good traffics. Now we can make comparisons concrete between website and fanpage. If you use livechat software that means you must spend significant costs to use it. Live chat will be one of the best choice if fanpage can make profit from it.
