As a customer, i always like the idea of being able to chat to someone live when i have a problem with my webhost, so when it came to me picking my webhost, i made sure the webhost i chose had a live chat feature for support, so i'm guessing there are others out their like me, so i think it can only be a good thing for you and help get more sales. -- Phil
