Using JavaScript to control keyword density in a page

    Hi,

I am new to SEO so this might be a known issue.
If so, please refer me to a discussion on this topic.

Is it possible to render text in a Web page using JavaScript (e.g. document.write) instead of simply rendering it in the HTML so that that text won't get counted by search engines when keyword density is calculated?
There are many words that are of no importance in the page in terms of SEO. For example stop words or other words that will simply pollute the density of more important phrases.

I know that Search Engines are getting smarter all the time. It could very well be that a JavaScript solution will not work.

    Any thoughts on this issue?
