Using Images in Wordpress Problem

    Hello,

    I'm new to using Wordpress and I having a problem adding images to my content. When I use the "add images" and upload a file the image is not appearing. Just the name of the file is appearing in the content box with a little box in the corner and a larger blank box around it. Could anyone tell me how do I fix this?

    It might be a server permissions problem check to make sure all your files are writable and executable.

    How do I do this? Do I change the permissions in the FTP client to 777?

    Just for future reference for anybody with this problem. All I had to do is go to "miscellaneous" under "Settings" and change the path of the upload to where you want it to go. Everything works fine now. It took me hours to figure this out.
