Using iFrames or a similar technique to load banners from another website.

We have several websites, one of them contains NSFW content that gets a HUGE amount of traffic. The problem is it's not being accepted by ad networks due to the content. What's to stop us using an iFrame on the page to display an advert from one of our clean sites that's on the network / paying a much higher CPM?

Will the networks work this one out quickly / can they see where visitors came from? The ads would either be from AdBrite or Lijit.

    Thanks

your account may get ban, if you do that, as most network has tools to find such activity

though at the same time, some may allow it, so I would rather say you should check directly with network you working with, instead of taking risk

Yeah I wouldn't risk doing that but I can't see any way for them to notice.

There are some Adult PPC networks such as JuicyAds. I'm sure they also have high rates.
