Please, I would to know if anyone uses HTTP-Tunnel from www.http-tunnel.com to login to their Paypal account. If not, which proxy server or virtual private network do you recommend?
Paypal has a pretty advanced system to detect whether you're using any type of proxy. I wouldn't recommend using any proxy service because it'll probably result in your account being restricted. Why do you need to use a proxy server or VPN? Your best bet would probably be to go to the library or other internet source.
You do know that paypal explicitly prohibits the use of anonymizing proxy to access their site. This is to prevent people from non-supported countries from setting up accounts and using them. Pretty much for your protection as long as you access the account from within the supported countries.
No don't do this unless you want your paypal account get banned. Why can't you access it via normal way as everyone else do?
