Using High Paying Keywords in Content

    Hey Guys,

    I am having a blog and I run this blog since a year or so and i have just Placed Adsense to my blog.

    I like to know can I use 3-4 High paying keywords in each of my post or google will ban my account for using high paying keywords??

    I like to tell you I do not post content to my blog very frequently I post to my blog once in Week only or may be in 10 Days or so. And I am having some little bit traffic. I like to have at least 300 Unique Visitors Daily with all over the world not from particular Country.

    So guy please guide me through your knowledge. All the help will be appreciated.
