Using headings in links

    Hi,

    I'm trying to do some seo for my Arcade Site.
    Well, I'm considering the following:
    If I use
    it is a link, and a heading.
    Does google count this twice?
    Or is it bad because my site isn't xhtml valid anymore?

    it won't be counted as twice. It is better to have a validated xhtml code.
