    No, no it won't.
it's a tool to inform you of what is and isn't working on your site, where your traffic comes from, where visitors go on your site, what keywords drive people to your site.
It'll only improve your results if you use the data and learn from it.

Good question! The script you install for Google Analytics is for getting site stats and not to get the site indexed.

However, Google prefers that you don't submit your site for indexing and that GoogleBot (The Bot that indexes sites) finds your site on it's own. By using Google Analytics script GoogleBot becomes naturally aware of your site!

I use Google Analytics to find out what is the most popular keywords people search for to get to my blog. I then make more posts using those keywords. It's a great tool and nice of Google to offer it for free!:)

yes, I am agree with magda that google analytic did't not help index or raking for your site. It's help to read more about your site. Like that from where coming visitor from search engine, direct or from any reference sites.

    They don't share specific data.
They use aggregated data for benchmarking, but even for that, you have to give permission, and your site is never identified as being part of the benchmarking data.
Some people are just paranoid about Google. I've always been of the opinion that my sites have got nothing to hide from them.
It's a very good free tool - it's your choice to use it or not.

The code that helps with indexing comes from Google's Webmaster Central. And, it doesn't really "help" with indexing but does alert Google to your site's presence.

It's used for understanding what is happening on your site (traffic, sources, clicks etc). It won't improve or hamper the rate at which your site get indexed. That is an altogether different issue.
