Hi all, I notice alot of game companies hold "art tournaments" where fans submit art based on the game. Anyway, lets say I had some art, could I put my logo on it and give it as wallpaper for free. And to what extent could I have my site logo on it? Can I put my logo on the corner compared to putting my logo on the actual "armour" of the character him/herself. I hope this makes sense. Can I put my logo on the material (some artists sign off on their art) So hypothetically I am not making money from the material directly but I am getting conversion through signups,subscribers, adsense etc. Can anyone shine some light on this area?
