Hi, We have stores in Amazon for years. We've got good feedbacks from customers. Shall I use those feedbacks into my site. Shall I use it as testimonials in my site? Is there anyone used like that? Any ideas? Thanks...........
I see no reason why you should not be able to take all the good feedback you've received on Amazon and display it on your own site. Certainly an excellent marketing technique. Congats on doing so well and good luck!
I've sent the below request to Amazon: "Hello, We've got good feedbacks from our customers through Amazon Store. Shall we listout those feedbacks into our site without the contact details of the customers? Thanks..." But I've got a reply like the below "Greetings from Amazon.com, Thank you for contacting Technical Account Management. I reviewed your question and I appreciate your effort in getting good feedback scores. However, I am sorry to inform that you should not use these feedbacks in your site without customer details, but what best you can do is to create a hyperlink of the feedback page of your account (Amazon.com) on your site and if the customers want to view the feedback, they can click on it and view the feedbacks." I don't want to give link to Amazon from my site. Any ideas of using it? Shouldn't I told them that i'll use it without customer information?
