What if you started a webpage on MySpace or wherever with a famous name, in order to get more traffic to your page? What if you never actually came out and said you were that person in your posts, but your name is so famous it may be assumed, is that legal or ethical? The only reason I'm asking is that I know of someone that may have done that, and I was wondering, what is your opinion on that?
I don't know what will happen to traffic but yes if you did anything that hurts image of that real person than he can sue you for that .
