I have increasing friends in facebook too but I havent tried making a group yet but I am planning to make one or two groups..But right now I am still contemplating because facebook might no longer be free anymore later on?But I have tried promoting my blog in it and I am getting traffic from facebook its really effective

 

You can also use networked blogs App.. which means everytime you do a post, it will appear on ur freinds home page automatically..

 

This is the biggest thing right here. Think of it as a twitter feed but in wall form.
