your title is 'What are muscles?'

and you only spend 1 short paragraph talking about what they are.... change the title

also it is not keyword rich.... unless you didnt want it to be i dont know

Hire someone to write. If you want to be a writer, then practice. With practice it comes easily. Write shorter articles. That helps.

You can put any link you want. But the link should be in the author resource space.

You cannot use affiliate links that jump straight to the merchant page. You must a have intermediate landing page that you link to.

Do keyword research and write one article containing only one keyword. But the keyword in your title, first paragraph, and a few more times through out the text.

when I am writing an article I will try to give away free info in the article body, give the reader something free then in your bio box, in a subtle way direct them towards your offer, for example say you gave them a little info on diet and training routine, then say something like "for more info on this subject check here" however when linking to a blog from articles, I would advise using anchor text that will benefit your blog in the search engine also if you want to link directly to a product at EA you will need to get a redirect domain, you can get a .info at godaddy.com for about $1.99

    Hope this helped
