If you want help you're going to have to at least show us the article. Otherwise you're going to have to give a more detailed explanation.

this is what it looks like

    Hello everyone:

I'm sure there are quite a few of you out there who are trying to build nice lean muscles. You might be doing it to boost self confidence or some other unmentioned reasons.

The thing is people don't really have the time to spend thirty minutes to a hour at the gym because of a busy schedule.

But while surfing the net I came across Jon Benson 7 minute muscle, can you imagine muscles in seven minutes? I know there are quite a few of you out there who might be a bit sceptical about this. Because I'm sure alot of people like you and me who have been scammed into buying weight loss products and diet pills that did not work.

Anyway let me tell you about this 7 minute muscle e book. This book will teach you how to build your desired muscles in 7 minutes each day.

But of course you have to work hard to see the results you want. This is a book like any other books with work out tips, for instance one of those body building magazines. There is alot more to it than this but I cannot give away all of that valuable information here, can I?

I don' t think so but if want want to get all the details you need to follow this link:

    andes-7minutemusclereview.blogspot.com/

This product cost $77.00 and has a 60 day ironclad money back guaranteed. Plus when you sign up you get two free gifts, which is worth the cost.

Your promoting the someones product/service within the article, that isn't allowed at EA, just write a 250 word article on the "development of muscles", don't promote the product.

In your resource box is where you will leave your link. Don't promote the product. Engage the reader to click the link to view the next page.

English and the ability to offer something resourceful to the reader is lacking in so many ways.

And please don't say "Hello everyone" this isn't some email being forwarded.

By the way, theres no way in hell someone can build muscles in 7 minutes, there are plenty more ebooks in CB market place.

Before you start writting again, i suggest you take 10 mins and read some of the others marketer's articles and look at the way they presented their article

Don't mention any price or anything like you are trying to sell in your article.

As SUB said, just provide value, and at the end, slowly introduce your resource box and tell the reader, what they should expect from it.

Okay, I am just starting out in marketing, but I have been working as a freelance writer for the last two years. I am going to attempt to try and give you a concrete example of the type of article that you need to create. For everyone else, please keep in mind that I am just including this as a quick example, and not a begin and end all of how to write a marketing article.

This is an excerpt taken from a larger article that I wrote for a client, but I think it will allow you to see what type of work you need to provide. If you can't provide articles close to this level of writing, then you need to look into hiring a professional writer.

I didn't have any articles on building muscles, so for the example lets say you are marketing a product on losing belly fat or weight in general.

    Example:

How to Lose That Stubborn Belly Fat

Love handles, beer belly, spare tire, no matter what you call it excess belly fat is a problem for many people worldwide. While there is no simple way to eliminate it, there are a few tried and true methods that can be used to rid your body of that stubborn belly fat. With the right diet, exercise routine, and proper thinking, you can be well on your way to a thinner middle in no time.

    Your Diet

A healthy and consistent diet is the most important thing needed to reduce stubborn belly fat. Not only is it important to eat food that is good for you, but also to eat food that is right for your metabolism type. There are two main metabolism types, and they each require a drastically different way of eating in order to lose weight.

You have metabolism type one, if you constantly crave food that is salty or fatty between meals, are never satisfied after a meal, and want food all day long. If this is your metabolism type, then you need to minimize your intake of complex carbohydrates such as brown rice, whole grain bread, and cereals. At the same time you need to increase your intake of healthy proteins and fats such as chicken, fish, lean red meat, low fat milk, almond oil, eggs, olive oil, and most veggies. This will keep you from consuming too many excess calories, and will give your body more of what it craves and less of what it doesn’t.

Those who feel tired after a large meal, never eat breakfast, crave sweets between meals, and gain weight only when they eat an excess of sweets and fats, have a type two metabolism. People with type two metabolisms need to increase their intake of complex carbohydrates such as brown rice, oatmeal, whole grain breads, and consume sweet fruits instead of sweet treats. By eliminating the fattening sweet foods, and replacing them with sweet fruits, you are feeding your body’s cravings while eliminating the excess calories from sweet indulgences.

If you have a type one metabolism you should strive to achieve a daily ratio of 40% complex carbohydrates, 20% fat, and 40% proteins. These percentages should be gained through healthful foods such as oatmeal, leafy vegetables, low fat milk, eggs, legumes, and good fats like olive oil. Just because you are allowed some fat in your diet doesn’t mean you can have a chocolate bar everyday.

Type two metabolisms should try and have a ratio of 65% complex carbohydrates, 25% protein, and 10% fats. Use good carbohydrates such as grits, whole grains, sweet potatoes, and good sweets like bananas and apples. A lot of complex carbohydrates each day may tend to give some individuals constipation, so you may wish to take a natural laxative, or to each food with plenty of fiber. At each meal your plate should reflect these percentages to ensure that you stay full, are feeding your body’s cravings, and are eating to lose weight.

The secret to losing belly fat is not to starve yourself or go on a restrictive diet. Your body needs food in the right quantities; it also needs to fulfill its cravings. If you dip below 1200 calories a day, you are sending your body into starvation mode. This will make your body store any food it does get as fat, which sabotages your efforts to lose weight from your middle. Eat at least three smaller meals a day, include two snacks, and eat according to your metabolism type, to ensure your body is satisfied and burning excess belly fat.

If you would like to learn more about how your diet can help you lose that stubborn belly fat, then click here.

In this example you have given the reader some concrete information, but without a clear conclusion, they are left hanging. This allows you to place a call to action in the resource box, to entice them into clicking on your link. The bold "click here" in the above example would be your hyperlink. Hope this helps, and like I said it is a really quick example, so please no downing the article.

ok i re wrote the the first article hereit is

    What are muscles?

Muscles are tissues in the body that contract in order to promote movement.

There are many people out there who want to build muscles.

Some people want to build muscles for various reasons such as:

To boost self esteem, by doing this they feel better about the image the see in the mirror and also the way people look at them.
Another reason is they do it for entertainment and jobs purposes for instance a body builder, male models or others.
    How to build muscles?

People build muscles by going to the gym for 30 minutes or more for 3 to 5 days during the week .

They do various exercises to strengthen the different muscles and promote muscle growth.

For example you might do weight lifting and push ups to build your triceps and biceps.
Squats for your legs and gluts to make them tighter.
To get the desired results, one must be dedicated and disciplined, you might not see the desired results right away but its a start.

Some people might not see the results they want because they might have excess body fat which covers the muscles. Because of this some individuals will give up.

One solution to this is to go on a diet that consists of less carbohydrates, more fresh fruits and vegetables and be sure you are getting your daily 8 glasses every day, be sure to get enough sleep. And exercise regularly. While on your daily exercise regime for building your desired muscles be sure to get alot of protein into your body to promote healthy muscle growth.

Do you ever wonder if there was a way to get them in even faster without all that work mentioned above?
