Using EZA etc as forum posts

Does anyone know if it is allowed to use EZA articles as forum posts? (obviously including the full resource box)?

If so has anyone tried using this tactic to increase topics and interaction on a forum? Is it a good idea?

I ask because I have just launched a weight loss forum (link in sig, allow 4 do follow sigs but not spam posts) and am thinking of ways to create worthwhile threads that people might interact with (lets face it hiring forum posters tends to give pretty much pure rubbish).

So would appreciate thoughts on this idea!

EDIT: just checked and you can http://www.ezinearticles.com/terms-of-service.html - what do people think of it as an idea for increasing forum footprint and interaction?

That is not a bad idea make sure to ask a question after the article such as what do you think or add your comments to the article. I think the only thing you would run into is the content not being unique so it may not rank well in SERPs, but other than that it sounds like a good idea to get a forum up and going.

Dont do that, instead take the article rewrite it and post it on your forum. Doing this will make google love you too!

Well you can do that but be sure to include your views on it. make sure the article fits and not to just say increase your post count. The best way is to point a link to the ezine directory

With regards teh duplicate content thing - I have set the blog up on a subdirectory of the site (same as here on Dp i.e. forum.website.com ). On the main site I have a WP site that will be for weight loss articles - will it suffer from the duplicate content penalty of the forum if I use EZA?

Or will both be treated as seperate sites by google?
