My friend had asked me if i know it. He had played poker online two years ago, Pokerstar I guess. He had deposited his money through Echeck and he doesn't have money in his bank account. so he end up closing his bank account to prevent over draft charge. After that USA passed a law to shut down any banks process money with poker site, since then he wants to know if the loan with echeck will be abandoned or he still have obligation to pay? I have no idea to tell him, if you guy can help in here.
