Using Ebay API to list items

I am looking at going with a third part software from http://www.marketworks.com/nextgen/en/help/api.aspx
to list and manage items into ebay from an ecommerce store. Has anyone used this company before? I found a review that makes it sound like there system is clunky:

Are there any alternatives other than developing software myself to use the google API? Thanks.

 

You can always look at the BANS software, that tends to work pretty well, and is mostly idiot proof.
