For those with multiple reps answering email, are you using software to manage the email? Are you happy with it? I'm looking for software to queue, manage and thread inbound emails for distribution among 3-4 customer service reps with 1 manager and I'd like to compile a short list of companies to speak with. We are installing and getting ready to use Microsoft Dynamics. Before that we were happy with using SmarterTicket. We just switched because of the nice integration into MS Exchange.
