Using Clickbank AND another processor for affiliates?

    I am currently selling my software on my website using the merchant SWREG.

    However, I am wanting to be a part of the CLICKBANK network ONLY for allowing affiliates to promote my software. BUT, I want to have my main website still use SWREG for Natural orders, BUT use clickbank for affiliates..... SO

    Is there a way for me to use clickbank on my website ONLY for affiliate promotions, but still use SWREG for users that are not sent by affiliates?

    I'm sure someone has run into this dilemma!

    I'm pretty sure that if you use Clickbank for affiliates, you have to use it for all of your payment processing.
