    I've just bought a cheap Jabra BT-135 to use on my PS3 - and was wondering what I need to buy/do to make it work with Skype and other Windows apps?

    Do I just need to get a USB Bluetooth receiver/dongle for my PC?

    Yes you need a bluetooth hardware connected to your pc. after installing driver, you should could use it.

    The dongle should be included in the package. Someone i knew bought one of those recently and there was 1 in his, if yours has none, maybe you should ask the seller if it is missing.
