I want to use some of my weight to gain traffic to a site. All I want is interested traffic, I do not care about anchor text (in this case). I would rather display banners as I already have these and feel they would have a better CTR than text links, are there enough sites displaying banners to make this worthwhile. Does anybody have any info of possible CTR for banners on the network. I know they are not targeted but would hope if enough are shown some will be relevant.
