Using Automatic RSS Feeds to Post threads :: Will that be okay?

I don't want to get banned but I think this may help my site. I want to set up some RSS Feeds on my website that automatically post threads, Like a bot.

I want to make sure this won't get me banned from adsense though.

You won't get banned for it.
But you definitely get penalized in SERP.

serp=search engine results page......penalized because content off RSS feeds is duplicate content
