Does anyone know if it is legal to use another companies name in a commercial product title?

For example a piece of software designed to interact with the flickr website. Is it ok to call it 'Flickr Something'.

    Thanks :D

Your Best bet would be to ask flickr if you could make the software first or what their policy's are on that.

You'll need permission from the company to use their trademark as a part of your product.

That's because Twitter have publically given permission for people to do that. Flickr I'm not sure about, as said by FreeTheNoob, you should ask Flickr first.
