Using an Iframe for a forum (who gets the page views?)

I am interested in partnering up with somebody so that he can use my forum on his page. From what I understand he will have to set up an iframe on his end that shows my forum. My question is how would the hits and page views register in regards to both of our sites? When users post on my forum from his site, does that count towards my stats or his stats?

    Thanks in advance

The page in an iframe works like one that isn't in it. When his site is loaded, he will see the hit. Then the site in the iframe will be loaded and you will see the hit. If someone clicks on a link in the iframe it should navigate to that page within the iframe and you will see the hit (he would not see another one from this).

Thanks Gordaen so his site gets a hit when the iframe of my forum loads but any navigation within my site, he doesn't get any hits.

Anyone have a clue as to how the login would work? How do we share a login database?
