I just started using Amazon Associates for linking to products that I discuss in my reviews on my website. (What I mean by JUST started using, is that I just installed everything like, 2 hours ago) What are some methods for maximum profit and how long will it take on average? I'm not trying to rush things by any means, just asking for some advice from those of you who are experienced with the system. Also, on a side note, how many posts I should I aim to make on a daily basis?

I've written a page of tips on promoting on blogs. You'll also want to check out problogger.net. Search engine optimization is secondary importance compared to usefulness of your content to readers. If your content is useful, you'll get linked and you'll rank high on search engines anyway.

I have been running an Amazon Affiliate website since October 2008 and I am thinking of using a blog and linking to high value items that I write about in the blog. I do think that a blog is a very good way to targeted traffic that may be interested in the item to your site as opposed to just getting any surfers. I make sales from time to time but I have not made enough money to get a check yet. I will follow this thread in case someone offers you some advance that I have not seen on this board before.
