Using adwords without a Credit card.

Is it possible? Because I don't have a CC.

I think there are 2 methods : CC or Bank Transfer

 

You can use a virtual credit card which you can buy via Paypal.

 

you can go buy prepaid gift cards from "visa, amex, greendot" <wish i could insert affiliate link here>> lol

anyways, go to your local retail/grocery store, you'll able to find prepaid credit card by adding money to it.

You can use a debit card or use a virtual or prepaid CC for three months. Then you can apply for monthly invoicing. If approved for that (if your credit is OK) then you would get an invoice in the mail each month which you can pay by check.
