Using Adwords to Seed Databases

    Have any of you used successfully used Adwords to seed a database? Meaning, using Adwords not necessarily to drive traffic to create revenue, but rather for market research, or any other data harvesting?

    Real-world examples and results would be great.

    I've used it quite a bit for surveys - very effective.
