Using Adwords to draw visitors, using Adsense to make money

Is this kind of arbitrage where you go through google on both ends against the rules? I don't see anything anywhere, but wondering if anyone knows.

My take on it is that it is a grey area. The answer depends on what your site looks like. Site should be relevent with great content, and to be safe you wouldn't have adsense on your landing page.

 

I think arbitrage is banned by google . But you can do one thing according to rules Create one welcome page like adult sites and enter few text with welcome button than use adsense on that page on inside pages . According to rules you can not promote that webpage link where you have added adsense ads .

 

Well I don't see anything wrong with doing this. There are friends who I know go for the lowest bid to have their ads appear and at the same time improve on their CTR to ensure that most visits result in a click.
