Unfortunately, how much you will pay per click is not entirely up to you. It's up to you to make sure that you pay the absolute least by constructing a campaign with a high quality score.

As to how much in total you should pay . . . That depends on the performance of your campaign. Pay as much as is necessary to make the most amount of money.

You should always link to your own site. It will give you much more control over sales.

Overall, it sounds like you're a complete newbie. You should read up on AdWords before you jump in, or you'll almost certainly lose loads of money.

Yup, stay away from linking directly to your hoplinks. Create your own landing page on your site either as a testimonial page or a pre-presale page. Problem with a presale pages is that when you link to the hoplink the customer has to see yet another sales presentation. testimonial is the only way to go. My pinion bubba!!

What is the difference between presell and testimonial page? Testimonial means a review over the product and presale means just another sales letter like in the product's homepage? Am I correct?

that is correct a pre-sale page mimics the merchants actual landing page. Not copied word for word but somewhat different than the original landing page. You can setup your presale page to cover a few things that the merchant didn't cover in there landing page so when you send your customer to the merchant page they transition into the same topic. Another problem is if you create a great presale page you really don't need the merchant's landing page. This brings you to the next dilemma, do you send the customer to the merchant's landing page or bypass it somehow?

Well, if creating just another presell page which looks just like the sales letter of the product, and linking that page in PPC ad campaigns, it is better to directly linking the ad campaign to our hop link isn't it? At least cookies will be set if we link it to our hop link.

If we create a testimonial page, then it is better to link our ad campaign to our home page. Cuz, testimonial or review page differs a lot from presell page.

How much per click varies quite a lot on different niches and with Adwords you have to create your own landing page or mini site other wise your quality score will suck and you will never be successful with Adwords.

How to find the cheapest cost we can pay per click for our niche?

And If the cost I set per click is bigger, then my link has better chance to be promoted isn't it?

For example: If I set $0.5 for a click and my competitor sets $0.6 per click for the same niche and same keyword, then chances are high for his ads to be displayed than mine isn't it?

icpathi, from what im reading in this thread and other related threads it seems its down to the effort and relevance that someone puts into the page that they setup that can contribute to getting the cost down.

If you have a low budget or if you're promoting on a competetive niche, take a look at this thread: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=1285271
