I've hear a lot roumors about people getting banned for using Adsense on TV/Movie streaming sites. What is your experience on this? Have you personally been banned or gotten warnings?

I've stayed away of Adsense because of this, but now I see other streaming sites using Adsense. Does it conflict with their TOS to use Adsense on a website that is streaming video content from Megavideo.com?

I can guess and say that it depends.
Adsense likes content... video sites mostly content-free, and therefor I assume adsense wont like these sites.
So if you would (for example) attach an article to each video, or something that can be pointed as quality content in your website, I assume it will be just fine by adsense.

    Good luck!

Well I got my adsense account first rejected then approved when the only site I had was video streaming, it was rejected only because it wasn't finished, their reason stated "under construction" so I hid the incomplete stuff and resubmitted and it was approved.

So I guess it depends on the google staff member who reviews your site if people get their sites banned for it

Not up anymore, took it down to overhaul the project and just never got around to completing it, it still exists in a way but is really more just a database with no streaming intended on the site(but this version is still just being developed locally).
