Using Ads from one Search engine will affect SERP in others ?

    Hi,

    I am afraid that using Adsense in my site could affect my yahoo, msn SERP. (If I am yahoo / MSN why would I drive traffic to a site that promotes my compettitors business).

    Just bringing two places down on SERP will hurt more than 30-50% of business.


    Same with using YPN. Google might downgrade my sites results.

    Anyone know for sure whether this is not the case?

    This is not the case for me. I get 80% of my traffic from Yahoo and I only show Google ads.

    Thats good news.

    (still I am skeptical. Probably you will recieve more traffic if you drop adsense. But then what is the use of extra traffic if it doesnt bring some revenue..)

    that is not true search engines dont see ads on pages, according to algo serps results depends.
