Its kinda funny that you have a sig link that says this:

    Free Scripts & Templates http://scripts-templates.blogspot.com

LMAO. Come on man, quit stealing from us designers and get a real job.

Come on now, if you were driving a stolen car, you wouldn't go around telling people that it was stolen right?
Exact same thing applies to your template.

However, I HIGHLY recommend buying the template, but I understand that you don't have the funds to do so. Well, there's a Buy Sell or Trade section on these forums and you could probably get a similar template for a little cheaper.

    But stealing is stealing.

Hi, this is my first post. Usually in contracts you can ask a certain fee upfront, 25 or 50% of the project fee. Perhaps with that money you can buy the template. Supporting the designer is the main reason behind buying legal templates. However you also should think about protecting your client. TemplateMonster can contact your client telling him the template is illegal. And that is also bad for your reputation. Plus you cannot put any reference to your company in the bottom of the page if you used a stolen template unless you want to get into trouble. Also if you need to buy a legal template in the future from TemplateMonster they might not allow you to do so if they learned you are using illegal templates because they might think you intend to resell their templates as well.

here is a FREE template or you could try going direct to the author site http://templatenavigator.com/

sometimes, it is possible to find freebies that you can adapt to suit your needs without having to steal and you then don't have the worry of "will I be sued?"

(I hope none of these links are to rip-off sites now :p)

Nice Lazaru5 for finding free templates however I would like to note to tbtb that usually free templates are not that good especially full flash sites. I bought many flash sites from templatemonster and subs sites but I prefer the quality of TemplateMonster and better yet is dreamlinestudio. They are more expensive but their templates have more unique ideas and classy art.

In general, its good to pay 60$ to get a a pro template. I'm sure a paint company would afford to pay extra 60$ to have a better looking site. In the end its an investment in the image of the company.

if you are small nobody is going to notice but when you grow, you are definitely going to pay for it much more than what you have to do now. It will come to haunt you so why to take risk, if you think what you make is going to be used by someone.

Legal relationships? The USA supplies Israel with arms and backs it politically. I think it's safe to say they'll somehow force the DMCA on you, regardless of where you live.

In terms of ethics.. you're a disgusting example of a person and you're giving Israelis a bad name. I sincerely hope you don't call yourself a web designer, as what you are, is a petty thief. Not only that, but you're a STUPID petty thief for asking people whether it's illegal or not. YOU KNOW IT IS.
