Hello, I am living in Turkey. But I want to use a German dynamic IP. I need to have a new German IP when I reset my modem. I have bought VPN, Proxy for this; but none of them worked. Because the IP Number in those is limited. I shouldn't use the same IP before I have used. Can I take this service from Germany or is there any other methods for this. I would be very grateful if you help me.
To be honest i dont think it is very much possible. although im in the UK and oim with Sky, but when we changed our telephone line from BT to SKY our IP changed to a german IP....
