Using a character from a movie is illegal?

    If you don't have permission to use someone else's work, it's copyright infringement.

    It doesn't matter where you found it, you can't use it without permission. The character and bat logo are also trademarks - you can't use them.

    It's illegal. You should send some emails to customer service or something and see if they will let you use it for free. It would be interesting to see what they said.
