    http://www.USHospitals.us is for sale. The buyer gets the database with the site and they can do whatever the wish with it (master rights)!!

    The site is powered by the mysql database which contains over 14,000 records! The site is using a display script that I have been using (and will make more sites using it). The site has a rough backend admin area where you can search and remove records. The header is custom and the othe parts of it is powered by template-turnkey which allows the buyer to change adsense and site colors VERY easily.

    For the database: I got information from phonebooks, websites and directories. You can do anything with the site that you want once you buy it. And yes, the domain was registered and set up today so no traffic or revenue yet.

    Can you specify what you mean about setup?
