Hi. Everytime I try logging in to my google/adsense page I get the same message "Username and password do not match". Has anyone had this message? I'm using the same login page I've been using everyday for the last 6 months, I do know my password, already cleaned cookies and I don´t know what to do. Google support told me to reset my password, but here come the great problem. The email adress I have asociated with adsense, (that´s also my username) has been suspended, because I changed my ISP. In the accounts settings I only had one email asociated. Now I can't see my new password bacause that email is suspended. Already contacted my old ISP and they say I have to wait 12 months for that email to be available again. Unbelievable!! I sent them another email and to google also, but it's been 2 days and no one has said anything... Does anyone have an idea that can help me? Thanks

Did you sign up for adwords today..?
I read sometime back on this forum that if you have both adsense and adwords on the same id, this kind of problem arises...
Hope you get back your account.

I am not sure if you can get in without the original email address. There seems to be no way you can prove that the account belongs to you. The only thing I can think is to try to email them and have them mail to you snail mail address on file, a temporary password.

Great lesson learned the hard way, I never use my ISP email for important stuff because you never know when you will change. Always use Yahoo or GMail. I also keep all my passwords in a notebook.
