Bug Usermap Claims I am a Mod/Admin :o

    I was playing around with the guy below me, wireless connection .. Unsecured (idiot)

    On my Ubuntu laptop and I decided to see what it shows in the UserMap and it shows that I am a mod/admin

    Map is only as accurate as IP info in IP to location database.

    I am in Texas and have seen my blip in Virginia. My ISP headquarters is located there. :)

    Yea but it is kinda weird it shows that I am a Mod/Admin not a Registered user or Guest.

    My guess is you are seeing the blip from a mod when your blip could actually be who knows where.

    My next guess could be it is a glitch with the Ubuntu operating / Usermap. But I really don't know and btw I was curious and tried logging into the mod CP :eek: unsuccessfully :(

    Yeah its a bit of a glitch, however I use Windows XP and it shows me as a Mod / Admin for a while to me.

    It's just multiple users in the same place... One was a mod.
