I am not sure if this is possible or not, but right now I have a basic static html site, I would like to have a generic fillable PDF form that users can edit and create a password for so that only people they refer can view the updated PDF. The PDF doesn't necessarily have to be password protected, but maybe the users have to log into a certain account to view the PDF. Any ideas as to if this is possible or what the best web design software is to accompish this. Is this possible with Joomla/Wordpress ect.. Thanks
