Username "Hyphen" here on digitalpoint (if you click his aim info, you will see it is CRAIGy, the administrator on chromeboard.net

He stole the header art from my site,

    www.googlechromeboard.com

and is using it on his forums:

    www.chromeboard.net

I asked him in post here on DP, I sent him a private message on his own website. He swiftly banned my IP address.

Any help in swiftly dealing with him would be much appreciated.

It's still up. I've contacted him here, via PM on his own message board, and via AIM. Sending him an e-mail notice right now.

What would this have to do with DP?

Him advertising his website that is using my graphics incorporated into its design for his users its theft of intellectual property, and he should not be allowed to peddle his services or post on Digital Point.

What he's doing on his own site isn't our problem. We do not moderate such things for obvious reasons. If you have a copyright complaint, you'll need to deal with him privately, file a DMCA complaint with his host, talk to a lawyer, etc. - not report him on DP. We only have authority over it if they stole content of yours and posted it directly on the forum. Sorry.
