User Problem - Please Help !

    Hello,

    I hope I have got the right section of this forum. I have a problem, actually it is not my problem but the problem of a friend.
    He tried to change the email for his DP account now he cannot use the forum anymore.

    He gets the following message >


    He already clicked on the link he got in the confirmation email, but nothing happened. So now he cannot use the forum. I have already sent an PM
    to one of the admins but no one replied, so I just though I could post the matter here.

    Is there any way you can help him please ? To enable his account or something like that ?

    Perhaps PM a mod and ask them to resend the email to him. It may generate a fresh code. DP staff will also need to know in more detail what happens when he clicks the link.
