User plugin search!

    I am looking for a user search plugin.
    I want a plugin so when a user searches for a user by username, it brings up the users profile. Anyone know?;)

    No not really. For example: I want to search for a user. I know his name is james12. So I can type james12 in the search box and it brings up his profile. Anyone know if there is any?
