Feedback User leachy ripped me off

Hi I'm new to the online writing industry. A user named leachy here ripped me off. He had me write 10 articles on weight loss. I spent a lot of time and effort writing those articles, and when I give them to him, he doesn't pay me.

I'm asking the mods/administrators to take the proper action. If you see on one of his posts, he has also done this to someone else in digital point.

He also has the gall to post a new thread selling my articles for a higher price.

Sad to know. You should be delivering when you receive payment. You can use itrader to leave feedback.

It's sad that you got scammed, but you cannot take this further.

My advice would be to wait until you've been a member here for 14 days, then leave a negative iTrader comment for the user in question, with regards to this deal. It's your best option. :)

Afaik mods/admins do "not" interfere in deals that have gone bad unless you are a premium member~

Why dont you post in his thread that you wrote those articles and will sell them cheaper than he is selling them.

That sucks that more action can't be taken. I would definitely leave negative feedback for him asap. It's good that you posted this, though - helps the rest of us watch out. In the meantime, if you type in "How to Avoid Freelance Writing Scams" on Google, a pretty good eHow article will come up. I've found it useful.

Also you are free to post in the thread in which he was looking to purchase articles that the member cannot be trusted, but do not make a new thread about it. Other than that and negative iTraders, you can't do anything else. Next time my advice would be to only give 1 article, then ask for payment and then give the rest. :)
