User Infraction - Possible Ban Mistake for user iBoy?

Typically I do not get involved with users that are banned from Digital Point, but this user approached me over instant messenger.

Allow me to first express my experience with the user in question, iBoy, in which I have dealt with before via domain sales transactions and general domain chat over instant messenger. I would like to confirm that this user is a legit domain seller with an outstanding iTrader and reputation here at Digital Point.

My proposed question regards the user infraction that was issued to his account, as the infraction was worth 5 points and thus temporarily banned him.

From what I have read, he received an infraction for "PR Spoofing" in a domain's sale. Judging from his previous transaction history, feedback rating, and reputation here, I would say that this user is favorable of at least having a defense towards the [infraction] action posed towards his account, resulting in a temporary ban - the user has mistakenly posted a PageRank of a domain when it was really the PageRank of the domain's inner pages.

This is a common mistake and the user should have some time to defend him or herself for this clause, as he/she did not have time to edit the post to reflect that the advertised sale was for inner pages of the domain as they are the ones that had PR.

Perhaps one infraction point can be reversed so at least the user has access back to their account here, if at worst penalty?
