User Harassing me

    This user "SKULL" bought hosting off me , hosted spam/warez accounts so deleted them then he wants a refund, i say no cause he broke the Terms of Service now hes bringing this paypal issue to the public and harassing me as well as hurting my business in the following thread.....

    I am trying to settle this in private on a paypal dispute but he is posting BS lies about me on the forum.
