User got banned, can I use my adsense on the same website?

    I am am a co-admin to a website. The other admin got banned from his adsense for clicking the ads (beginner). I have my own adsense account. Can I use put my adsense code into the SAME website or will I get banned too? I don't click on the ads.

    I think you may put up your codes. The ban is imposed on a member, not the site. But, still, I might be wrong. Check with the adsense team to be sure.

    well.. i think no..

    coz the site gets blaklisted..
    you can change ur whois info and send an email 2 google that u just bought the site from the old owner and need to put ur adsense on it and u already have an adsense account,..

    i m not entirely sure of that cz i read it somewhere never implemented it

    The site DOES get put in a special category, but since it was the account and not the site that was banned, you can inform google that you are the new owner. I wouldn't go too far without explaining very clearly to Google Adsense what the situation is. Let them know, get their approval, and save their email.
