    Hi

    I run a few networking sites. Now how responsebull am i for what the users put on there as i have had a report that some pics have been stolen but there is no watermark on them like a copyright or any think.

    And if i am reponserbull dose that men i have to vet every pic as there or over 500 aday beeing uploaded where dose the law stand on this. I dont think i can be held responserbull i mean lok at the likes of myspace.

    any nfo would be great

    Generally I don't think you're responsible for what users post as long as you don't know it's copyrighted. If you do you have to take it down I believe.

    And if anyone asks you to take down work they claim is theirs, you almost certainly should take it down immediately.

    nice one do thay need to prove its there work.

    As its not so much a copy right but say some on says some onee lees is using there pics. i have this happen a few times one it did not need reporting as some one signd up using my best frinds pics lol all the ppl in the world he picked him i found that funy
